We regularly organise our A Taste of Provence experience during selected dates in April, May, June, September and October.

These small-group stays are limited to a maximum of 10 participants and are designed to offer guests an opportunity to experience the Château and discover the Provençal way of life.

During the three-night stay, we visit local food and antique markets, explore the surrounding area, visit local vineyards to discover their production and enjoy tastings, and cook together in the main Château kitchen, discovering new twists on Provençal classics.

The three night stay includes three nights accomodation in either own room or shared double room. There is a supplementary charge for single use of a double room. The charge is fully inclusive of all meals and drinks, fine wines, champagne reception, visits to Uzes, truffle tasting, antiques market with lunch in the market, tour of a vineyard and a cooking class with a Michelin starred french chef (she speaks English too and is great fun). It includes transfers to and from Avignon but not flights. Please contact us directly for details as this has to be booked separately and places book well in advance

Château St Victor La Coste does not provide breakfast, lunch or dinner services. Guests will have access to the communal kitchen, and further details regarding meals and any independent restaurant, catering or other arrangements forming part of the programme will be provided before booking.

These stays are available by prior enquiry and contractual agreement and are not booked through the standard online accommodation booking system.

Due to the popularity of previous events and the limited number of participants, we recommend enquiring early. A maximum of 8 participants is accepted for each group, and accommodation allocation is subject to availability.
